Resend Return Instructions to Consumers
Within the order details screen for orders which are Return request approved* is a button to resend return instructions to the consumer.
1. First, navigate to the "Order" screen and find the order with an orange label for "Return Request"
2. Next, click into the order and scroll down to the products overview
3. Once there, click the "Pending Returns" tab above the orders overview table
4. Here you can check the box next to the item with the orange "Return Approved" table
5. After doing so, a green "Resend Instructions" button will appear the top of the screen; click this button to resend the return instructions to the customer
*Note: orders in other return statuses will not have the option of resending return instructions.
