Adding Products to Claiming Groups
Before a product can be offered to fulfillers for fulfillment, the product must be created in Quivers and the following must be completed:
- Product details have been added
- Product options have been configured (if applicable)
- Product added to shipping policy
- Claiming group has been created
1. Navigate to "Products" in the left-hand rail of your admin panel
2. Select the folder(s) or product(s) you wish to add to a specific Claiming Group
3. Then, click the three vertical dots to the left of the blue "New +" button; this will open a dropdown with two options
4. Select "Add to Claiming Group..."
5. This will open a pop-up with all available Claiming Groups. Simply click on the Claiming Group name to add the selected products, then hit the blue "Add to Claiming Group" button to save
6. To double check that the products were add, click the "Claiming Groups" button in the lower left-hand corner of the screen and double click on the Claiming Group you added to; this will expand all products currently housed in that group
