What is Paylution?
Paylution (www.paylution.com) is an easy-to-use, secure, global online Pay Portal dedicated to our organization and our valued businesses. Paylution allows you to receive payments electronically and transfer them quickly and efficiently into your bank account. You will receive a Paylution notice after your first payment is prepared.
Quivers initiates Paylution settlements twice per month to encompass all orders for the previous settlement period. When you mark your first order as shipped Quivers will begin to accrue payment funds in a new account.
The settlement periods are weekly. (Once a week).
Paylution accounts are created upon business creation. Once their account is set up, they will need to put in their banking information when creating their business. They can also make more accounts with different banking information afterward. They can also activate automatic transfers, so future payments from Quivers will go directly to their bank account.

*Note: You will need your Quivers Merchant ID to set up your account with Paylution. This can be found under the tab Settlement then Payouts and then Default Paylution Account click on view.
Inactivity Fee
This is only assessed if you have not been paid by Quivers for three months consecutively, and you have also left a positive balance in your pay portal. If the balance is $0.00 or if you’re actively being paid by Quivers, this fee will not be assessed. As long as you set up auto transfers to bank your account so that no funds are ever left in the portal, this fee would not be assessed. If this fee is ever assessed, it is as follows for each country:
USA – $3.00 USD
Canada – $4.00 CAD
