What is the return policy?
Although Quivers has implemented a “standard” return policy, it is at the businesses discretion to re-define that. Our “standard” policy that we have put in place is that the consumer has 30 days to return their item(s) to the fulfilling business.
Can a consumer create their return?
Yes! They can log into their “My Account” and create their return request. If they never created an account during checkout, they can create a password and proceed to submit the request. You will be notified via Quivers notification when consumers request returns.
Can I process one return for an entire order all at once?
Returns with a refund are processed on a product-to-product basis. You must create a return for each item the consumer wishes to return.
This action will generate a refund from Quivers. You may choose “repair, replace or store credit” for report purposes. However, no refund action will be put into place on the Quivers' side.
What happens after the return is created?
After the return is created, you wait until the product is back in hand and then you can go ahead and process the return.
Is the customer provided a return shipping label?
No. Quivers does not supply return labels for returns. However, you [business] can supply the consumer with a return label if you like.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds can take up to 3-15 business days (depending on the consumer’s bank) to post to the consumer’s account.
