Notifications Available on Quivers & What They Do
Below is a list of all notifications triggered by the Quivers system. There is a small description next to each to describe what that notification is communicating. You can sign up for these notifications via email, SMS (text message), and Quivers App. To learn how to configure your user alert preferences on Quivers, click here.
Connection Approved - when this notification is received, a business in which your business has sent a connection request to has approved and you can now configure their settings.
Connection Requested - when this notification is received, another business has selected to connect with your business.
New Available Order - when this notification is received, an order is available to be claimed.
New Product Review - when this notification is received, a consumer has submitted a review on an item to be reviewed for approval by the business. Fulfillers will not receive this notification.
New Refund Request - when this notification is received, a consumer has requested to return an item via their my account on the shopping experience.
Order Rejected - when this notification is received, an order was assessed as potentially fraudulent and Quivers denied the order from processing. Fulfillers will not receive this notification.
Fulfiller Shipping Timer Expired - this notification lets merchants know that a fulfiller has gone beyond the allotted time window specified for marking an item(s) as shipped within Quivers.
Settlement Processed - when this notification is received, it indicates that a settlement has been processed for the business and the funds are available in your Paylution account.
Shipping Timer Expiring - this notification is to pre-notify the fulfiller they are getting close to needing to ship the order to the consumer in the allowed amount of time indicated by the merchant.
