Managing Your Quivers Subscription
The details of your Subscription can now be found in your business settings within your Quivers Admin Panel. Quivers is now using Stripe to easily manage your subscription tier, billing information, payment information, and billing history all in a single location.
*Note: Quivers only accepts credit cards for Subscription payments.
To access or update any of your subscription information, follow these steps:
1. Login to the Quivers admin panel and select “Settings” from the left-hand menu
2. Next select “Subscriptions” from the list of tabs at the top of your Settings page
3. Click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe portal; this will open in a new tab
4. Once the new tab opens, you will see the Quivers Stripe portal and an outline of your Current Plan, Payment Methods, Billing Information, and Billing History
*Note: if this is the first time you are accessing the Subscription portal, all fields will be blank. Be sure to enter all information promptly in order to not disrupt service.
5. To edit or update any existing information, simply click on the Add Payment Method or Update Information links in gray below their respective sections (Payment Methods, Billing Information)
6. Once edits are complete, closeout of the Quivers Stripe portal tab to return to the Quivers Admin Panel
