• To create a “Custom "Refund,” you will first mark the product as shipped. • Once the status of the order changes to "Shipped," the "Return/Refund" tab will be highlighted in blue. Click on it, and a new window, "Return Items" will open. • On this window, choose "create return" from the drop-down on the top and click on "Custom Refund" under the refund options in the table. • Lastly, enter the amount to be refunded and click on "Create" on the bottom right.
